Bu politika, iOS için Çengel bulmaca uygulamasının ("uygulama") hangi verileri topladığını ve nasıl kullandığını açıklar.

Topladığımız veriler

• Hesap: Kayıt olursan e-posta adresin ve görünen adın; Apple ile girişte Apple'ın verdiği kullanıcı kimliği (Apple'ın "e-postamı gizle" adresi olabilir). Misafir olarak oynarsan yalnızca rastgele bir kullanıcı kimliği oluşturulur.
• Oyun: Jeton bakiyen, premium durumun, günlük bulmaca çözüm süren (sıralama için) ve yarış sırasındaki ilerlemen.
• Satın almalar: Abonelik ve jeton satın alma kayıtların. Ödeme bilgilerin Apple'da kalır; kart bilgisi görmeyiz.

Bulmaca ilerlemen, ayarların ve gördüğün kelimeler yalnızca cihazında saklanır. Konum, kişiler, fotoğraf, reklam kimliği gibi verileri toplamıyoruz.

Nasıl kullanıyoruz

Verileri yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için kullanırız: hesabını ve ilerlemeni cihazlar arasında korumak, sıralamayı ve yarışları göstermek, satın aldığın özellikleri açmak. Premium olmayan kullanıcılara bulmaca bitişlerinde Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösteririz; AdMob bunun için reklam kimliği, yaklaşık konum (IP adresinden) ve reklam etkileşimleri gibi verileri işleyebilir. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam tercihini, sorulduğunda ya da cihaz ayarlarından değiştirebilirsin. Premium aboneler reklam görmez.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore) — hesap ve oyun verileri. Sunucular ABD'dedir.
• RevenueCat — satın alma ve abonelik takibi (rastgele kullanıcı kimliği ile).
• Google AdMob — Premium olmayan kullanıcılara reklam gösterimi (reklam kimliği, yaklaşık konum, reklam etkileşimleri). Google'ın reklam politikası
• Apple — ödemeler ve Apple ile Giriş.

Verilerini satmayız ve bu sağlayıcılar dışında kimseyle paylaşmayız (yasal zorunluluklar hariç).

Herkese görünen bilgiler

Görünen adın ve çözüm süren günlük sıralamada; adın ve ilerlemen yarıştığın kişiye görünür. Görünen adını Profil ekranından değiştirebilirsin.

Saklama ve silme

Verilerin hesabın açık olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabını istediğin zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsin (nasıl?). Silme işlemi hesabını, profil kaydını ve gönderdiğin sıralama kayıtlarını kaldırır. Apple'ın tuttuğu satın alma kayıtları Apple'ın politikalarına tabidir.

Hakların

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme ve işlemeye itiraz etme hakkın vardır. Talepler için e-posta gönderebilirsin.

Çocuklar

Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamaz.

Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellersek bu sayfadaki tarihi değiştiririz.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Çengel (Arroword) puzzle app for iOS ("the app") collects and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Account: your email address and display name if you sign up; the user identifier Apple provides if you use Sign in with Apple (this may be an Apple "Hide My Email" address). Guests only get a random user identifier.
• Gameplay: your token balance, premium status, daily puzzle solve time (for the leaderboard) and your progress during races.
• Purchases: records of your subscription and token purchases. Payment details stay with Apple; we never see card data.

Puzzle progress, settings and the words you have seen are stored only on your device. We do not collect location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers.

How we use it

Only to run the app: keeping your account and progress across devices, showing leaderboards and races, and unlocking what you bought. Non-Premium users see ads after finishing puzzles, served by Google AdMob; AdMob may process data such as your advertising ID, approximate location (from your IP address) and ad interactions. You can change your personalized ads choice when asked or in your device settings. Premium subscribers see no ads.

Service providers

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore) — account and game data. Servers are located in the United States.
• RevenueCat — purchase and subscription tracking (using a random user identifier).
• Google AdMob — ads shown to non-Premium users (advertising ID, approximate location, ad interactions). How Google uses data for ads
• Apple — payments and Sign in with Apple.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone other than these providers, except where required by law.

Publicly visible information

Your display name and solve time appear on the daily leaderboard; your name and progress are visible to the person you race. You can change your display name in the Profile screen.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time inside the app (how?). Deletion removes your account, your profile record and the leaderboard entries you submitted. Purchase records held by Apple are subject to Apple's policies.

Your rights

Under GDPR and similar laws you may access, correct or delete your data and object to its processing. Send requests by email.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date on this page.

Kullanım

Premium abonelik

Jetonlar

Jetonlar yalnızca uygulama içinde ipucu ve ek bulmaca için kullanılır; paraya çevrilemez, devredilemez. Hesabını silersen kalan jetonların da silinir. Yasal tüketici hakların saklıdır.

Davranış

Görünen adında hakaret, nefret söylemi ya da başkasını taklit eden ifadeler kullanma; yarışlarda hile yapma. Bu kurallara uymayan adları değiştirebilir, ilgili kayıtları kaldırabilir ya da hesabı kısıtlayabiliriz.

Sorumluluk

Bulmaca içerikleri eğlence amaçlıdır; soru ve cevaplarda hata olabilir. Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur ve kesintisiz çalışacağı garanti edilmez.

Use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) applies to the app; these terms supplement it.

Premium subscription

Premium is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel it in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Tokens

Tokens are used only inside the app for hints and extra puzzles; they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. Deleting your account also deletes any remaining tokens. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Conduct

Do not use insults, hate speech or impersonation in your display name, and do not cheat in races. We may change such names, remove related entries or restrict the account.

Liability

Puzzle content is for entertainment; clues and answers may contain errors. The app is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

Uygulamada Premium ekranındaki "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" düğmesine dokun. Aynı Apple hesabıyla giriş yaptığından emin ol.

İade istiyorum

Uygulama içi satın almaların iadesini Apple yapar: reportaproblem.apple.com.

İlerlemem başka cihazda yok

İlerlemenin cihazlar arasında taşınması için iki cihazda da aynı hesapla (e-posta ya da Apple ile) giriş yapmalısın. Misafir hesap yalnızca o cihazda kalır.

Support

Having a problem or got a suggestion? Email us; we usually reply within 2 business days. Including your iPhone model, iOS version and app version (shown at the bottom of Settings) helps us help you faster.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Çengel › Cancel Subscription. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.

My purchases are missing

Tap "Restore Purchases" on the Premium screen in the app, and make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account.

I want a refund

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

My progress is missing on another device

Sign in with the same account (email or Apple) on both devices. Guest accounts stay on a single device.

A clue is wrong

Send us the clue and the answer and we will fix it in the dictionary.

Hesap Silme

Hesabını uygulamanın içinden, istediğin zaman silebilirsin:

1. Çengel'i aç ve Profil sekmesine git.
2. Hesabı Sil'e dokun ve onayla. Apple ile giriş yaptıysan Apple kimliğini bir kez daha doğrulaman istenir.

Silinenler: hesabın, profil kaydın (görünen ad, jeton bakiyesi, premium durumu) ve gönderdiğin sıralama kayıtları. Apple ile girişte uygulamanın Apple hesabına erişimi de iptal edilir. Aktif aboneliğin varsa, hesap silmek aboneliği iptal etmez; aboneliği ayrıca Apple ayarlarından iptal etmelisin.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan kayıtlı e-posta adresinden bize yaz; hesabını 30 gün içinde sileriz.

Delete Account

You can delete your account inside the app at any time:

1. Open Çengel and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you will be asked to verify with Apple once more.

What is deleted: your account, your profile record (display name, token balance, premium status) and the leaderboard entries you submitted. For Sign in with Apple, the app's access to your Apple account is revoked too. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it separately in your Apple settings.

If you cannot access the app, email us from your registered address and we will delete your account within 30 days.
